Presently,
I have been working with TERI (The Energy and Resources
Institute) as Area Convener and Librarian. The Library
has state-of-the art infrastructure, fully air conditioned,
and fully automated environment. The LIC at TERI has
emerged as a pioneering research library and information
centre in South Asia on energy, environment, and sustainable
development. The library is one of the largest in
the region and most modern in terms of service, infrastructure,
and information technology applications.. Library
offers the requisite resources on focused areas of
energy, environment & climate change to the specialized
community & individuals. Library is fully air
conditioned, well equipped and fully automated. I
am responsible for managing all affairs of the library
i.e. policy & plan implementation, involve in
various projects sponsored by various governments
ministries & departments, overall administration,
supervision of library staff and their performance.
Leading a team of 14 persons including 10 professionals
to facilitate state-of-the-art information services
to the research community. know
